| Radial piston motor is a kind of single acting big torsional short hydraulic motor at low speed, namely the rotor rotates, each a plunger reciprocating work. This kind of motor has simple structure, easy manufacturing, low prices, but its large volume and weight, the rotational speed and torque ripple, below curve of motor in low speed stability. The radial piston motor rated pressure can reach 2 lmpa, maximum working pressure of 31.5 MPa, the minimum stable speed of 5 r/min. Generally speaking, the radial piston motor structure is simple, less number of parts, no special requirements for the materials, the structural strength is good, work is reliable. Defect is flow casting and deoxidization are difficult, spherical processing need special process equipment. |
